After a professional career as a consultant and facilitator in the U.S., Latin America and Europe, she found in executive coaching the ideal approach to detonate mindset changes, leading to greater well-being of leaders, their teams and their companies. She is a Hudson Master Coach and a PCC (Certified Professional Coach by the ICF) currently living in her native country: Mexico. Dulce María is a founding partner of Kamaleo®. As a product of her professional acumen and life experience, she introduces her #Koaching view. Dulce María supports avant-garde executives and companies that want to reach new levels of excellence, wherever they are in their journey and the world.



Background

Throughout her career, she has studied and applied numerous methodologies building her international expertise for more than a decade. She brings a deep understanding of both global requirements and the challenges of the Mexican context. She has a profound focus on multiculturality.

As part of the consulting firms Cambridge Technology Partners and Proudfoot PLC, she has collaborated on numerous projects in Latin America, Europe and the U.S. She has led multiple interventions including initiatives launched from Europe concerning technological change with global reach; these had positive results in more than 130 countries and five continents.

Dulce María holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the Universidad de las Américas Puebla, Mexico. She obtained her Master’s degree in Organization Management from the University of Phoenix, Colorado Springs, CO, and relentlessly practices continuous education.

She is a certified Master Coach by the renowned Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, CA. She is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation.
